EFFIPRO Spot-On for Dogs – Long-Acting Antiparasitic Pipettes

EFFIPRO Spot-On is a topical external antiparasitic developed by Virbac for the treatment and prevention of flea and tick infestations in dogs . Thanks to its active ingredient, fipronil , it offers effective protection for 8 weeks against fleas and up to 4 weeks against ticks with a single application.

Available in different concentrations depending on the animal's weight, EFFIPRO is ideal for keeping your dog protected all year round against parasites that can transmit serious diseases such as babesiosis, ehrlichiosis or flea allergy dermatitis (FAD).

Presentations Available by Dog Size

• Small dogs (2–10 kg) : 67 mg of fipronil / 0,67 ml

• Medium-sized dogs (10–20 kg) : 134 mg of fipronil / 1,34 ml

• Large dogs (20–40 kg) : 268 mg fipronil / 2,68 ml

• Very large dogs (40–60 kg) : 402 mg of fipronil / 4,02 ml

• Dogs >60 kg : Apply two 268 mg pipettes

Mode of use

1. Part the hair between the shoulder blades until you see the skin.

2. Apply the contents of the pipette directly to one or two points along the spine.

3. Do not bathe the dog 48 hours before or after application.

4. Repeat the treatment every 4 weeks to ensure continuous protection.

Indications and Target Species

• Dogs from 2 months of age and over 2 kg of body weight

• Do not use in cats or rabbits (risk of toxicity)

• Do not apply to sick or convalescent animals.

• Transient hypersalivation if the animal licks itself
